Convenient location near ramen alley and immigration office. Clean and comfortable room. Helpful and friendly staff, some can speak English well. Delicious breakfast. House-maid greeting in the morning. Coin laundry available 24 hours. Kind and friendly cleaning staff and breakfast bar staff. Vending machines in the building

We loved this hotel and were impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, with one member being able to speak English well. Housekeeping greeted us in the morning, making us feel at home. The breakfast was also delicious, and the cleaning staff were very kind and friendly. The location was perfect for us, being close to Odori park and away from the main lit areas.
Nothing is perfect.

Located near the green space of Odori park, this budget business hotel features convenient public transport to explore the city. the room is basic but comfortable with clean bedding and towels. the small bathroom has enough toiletries, and the WiFi works fine. the front desk staff are efficient and helpful. the breakfast buffet is good and has both Japanese and no-Japanese options. There are vending machines, a coin laundry, and a convenience store nearby.
The hotel may be noisy due to thin walls.

the room was spacious enough to accommodate my needs and had a modern feel to it. the hotel was well-located and conveniently near several eateries and convenience stores.
The breakfast offered left a bit to be desired.

Great deal for the price! Clean and comfortable rooms, with friendly and helpful staff. The location is fantastic for exploring the city, with many popular attractions within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh foods to choose from.
The bathrooms were a bit small and outdated, but perfectly functional. The hotel could benefit from some updating in the common areas and facilities, but this did not detract from the overall experience.
